Product Overview

This semi-automatic hydraulic forming machine is developed for compressing loose herbal tea leaves and tea powder into compressed herbal tea bricks (similar to Pu-erh tea cake / compressed tea brick). It is suitable for herbal tea brands, tea factories and tea gift-set producers.
Work flow: Manual feeding → Automatic hydraulic pressing → Embossing logo/pattern → Automatic demolding → Manual collect finished blocks.
Only 1 operator required. Produced blocks feature uniform density, neat shape, smooth surface and low breakage rate; convenient for storage, transportation and retail packaging.

    • Working Principle

    1. Worker spreads powder evenly into mold cavity.
    2. Start cycle: hydraulic cylinder goes down to compress powder under preset pressure. Logo/pattern embossed during pressing.
    3. Press head lifts up, automatic ejection pushes finished block out from mold.
    4. Worker takes out finished blocks, moves to packing or curing area.
    5. Refill powder for next production cycle.
    Note: Machine only completes pressing forming. Post drying/curing may be required depending on raw material and binder used.
